DBE Subcontractors/Suppliers needed for, including but not limited to -TRAFFIC CONTROL SYSTEM, PLANE ASPHALT CONCRETE, PAVEMENT REINFORCING FABRIC, PAINTED TRAFFIC STRIPING & MARKING, PAVEMENT MARKER, SWPPP, WATER TRUCK, STREET SWEEPING TRUCK, OIL SUPPLIERS; or any item of work or material you are qualified to perform or furnish.

Plans and specifications may be viewed in our office, or can be obtained at: COUNTY OF SAN JOAQUIN, Department of Public Works Website, ://www.sjgov.org/department/pwk/bid_info?bid=Schedule, or through bidexpress https://www.bidexpress.com/, and search for the project title GEORGE REED, INC. is signatory to Operating Engineers, Laborers, and Cement Masons Unions.  100% Performance and Payment Bonds may be required for the full amount of subcontract price. GEORGE REED, INC. will pay bond premium up to 2%.  Subcontractor must possess current insurance and workers compensation coverage meeting Owner's and GRI's insurance requirements.
