Olympic Sports Complex - Transformation Projects Site Work

This Project will entail earthwork at the Olympic Sports Complex to support numerous transformation projects occurring at the site. Clearing, grubbing & grading will be required to construct approximately 4km of new Nordic ski trails. The work will also include the construction of a new Nordic stadium, Biathlon shooting range, pedestrian bridges, trail bridges & culverts. Earthwork will also be required for new snowmaking infrastructure, site utility installation, a new parking lot, various access roads & support of construction of a new base lodge & alpine coaster. Work will include the addition of a water reservoir for snowmaking, which includes clearing, grading and site preparation for the construction of a new base lodge (procured through separate contract) that will entail utility relocations & temporary utilities. The Project will include improvements to the water, wastewater, power, communications & data infrastructure for the Complex. The power, communications & data work will be limited to the installation of buried conduits, vaults & appurtenances.
