Scope of work includes renovation of the playground facilities and addition of a synthetic playfield, to include all code, life safety and ADA upgrades required, accessible parking lot, if parking is provided on campus, accessible loading, if loading is provided on campus, the public right of way, if pedestrian way is provided, accessible restrooms serving boys and girls, parking, loading, pedestrian way and restroom stall shall all comply with 2016 CBC Chapter 11B.

DVBE GOAL: 3%
