Mercer-Fraser Company is a union signatory contractor. Subcontractors must possess a current contractor's license, worker's compensation and insurance coverage during the entire length of the prime contract. 100% Performance and Payment Bonds may be required. Conditions or exceptions in Subcontractor's quote are expressly rejected unless accepted in writing. All Subcontractors will be required to sign our standard Subcontract Agreement. Plans and specifications are available for viewing at our office or you may call Mercer-Fraser Company for further assistance.
