The scope of work is a remodel of existing restrooms, gym lighting, and parking lot signage. We are seeking quotes for items such as demolition, framing, drywall, tile, painting, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC.

There is a Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise (DVBE) participation goal of 3% so all DVBE entities are encouraged to bid.
