Preston Pipelines, Inc. is soliciting quotations from, but not limited to, certified Small Business Enterprises Subcontractors and Suppliers, for the Santa Clara Valley Water District Upper Llagas Creek Flood Protection Project - Phase 1, Project No. 26174052, for the following scopes of work: Surveying, Clearing & Grubbing, Dewatering, Excavation, Traffic Control, Fencing, Erosion Control, Landscaping, SWPPP, Grading, Hydroseeding, Fencing, Aggregate Materials and Pipe Materials.

The plans and specifications are available for review in our West Sacramento office, at local builder's exchanges offices and/or websites or downloaded from Santa Clara Valley Water District email request via District's website.

Preston Pipelines, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer and signatory to the Laborers and Operating Engineers Unions. Subcontractors must be signatory to these unions or be willing to sign a one job agreement. Subcontractors/Suppliers must possess current insurance meeting Preston Pipelines' and the Owner's requirements, as stated in the project specifications, and maintain this coverage for the life of the project. Subcontractors/Suppliers will be required to sign Preston Pipelines' Standard Subcontractor Agreement or Purchase Order. Quotes must be valid for the same duration as specified by the Owner.
