The second phase of Lakeshore East consists of two high rise residential buildings. Building K/L is a 37 story apartment building located at 455 East Waterside Drive. Building J is a 47 story condo building located on 211 North Harbor Drive.

Lendlease is currently seeking expressions of interest from MBE and WBE firms certified with the City of Chicago and/or Cook County.

Phase II Trades Include:
Sitework; Asphalt Paving; Landscaping; Masonry; Miscellaneous Metals; Rough and Finish Carpentry; Millwork; Waterproofing Systems; Roofing Systems; Door, Frames & Hardware; Interior Glazing; Overhead Doors; Metal Panels; Gypsum Assemblies; Tile and Stone; Resilient Flooring & Carpet; Stone Countertops; Painting; Toilet Accessories; Signage; Lockers, Bike Rack, Mailbox; Trash Chute; Appliances; Cabinets; Window Treatments; Swimming Pool and Spa.

Bonding will be required for contractors over $500,000.
