The second phase of Lakeshore East consists of two high rise residential buildings. Building K/L is a 37 story apartment building located at 455 East Waterside Drive. Building J is a 47 story condo building located on 211 North Harbor Drive.

Lendlease is currently seeking expressions of interest from low voltage contractors that are MBE and WBE firms certified with the City of Chicago and/or Cook County.

Bonding will be required for contractors over $500,000.
