The Work shall consist of the demolition and modernization of 4,190 sf of existing classrooms in building A. Major trades include, but are not limited to the following: Abatement, Demolition, Concrete, Millwork, Insulation, Plaster Cement Stucco, Single Ply Roofing, Architectural Sheet Metal, Doors, Frames, Hardware, Wood Framing, Metal Studs & Drywall, Tile, Acoustical Ceil-ings, Flooring, Epoxy Flooring, Painting, Building Specialties, FRP, Window Coverings, and General Trades Package. Electrical, Mechanical, Plumbing, and Fire Alarm are by Design-Build Subcontractors already under contract.

Bonding: Upon review of prequalification forms, Flint reserves the right to require 100% Payment and Performance Bonds. Initial cost of Payment and Performance Bonds will be paid by Flint directly to the subcontractor's surety. Subcontractors will be required to pay for any increases due to time and contract price revisions.
