The purpose of this RFP is to solicit bids from qualified entities to build a towable air monitoring trailer. Please see Attachment #1, "Scope of Services" in the RFP for additional information. All responses to this RFP must be submitted electronically using Public Purchase by: 4:00 p.m. PST on Friday, July 26, 2019. All respondents must be registered vendors using Public Purchase in order to submit a proposal.
