Jett Industries, Inc. is actively soliciting quotations for the North Ferry Street Sewage Pump Station Flood Mitigation Improvements, Schenectady, NY. We will be bidding this project with a 23% goal of MBE, WBE, and SDVOB participation. The project bids on August 7, 2019. Please provide your detailed scope of work on July 26, 2019 and final Quote by 12:00 on August 5, 2019.

Work in the General Construction Contract includes, but is not limited to the following: Site preparation, building demolition, earthwork, site improvements, paving, landscaping, site water supply, sanitary sewer, storm sewer, force-main construction, selective demolition, foundations, slabs-on-grade, excavation, backfill, thermal and moisture protection, flor, roof, fireproofing, doors, windows, louvers, partitions, fire-protection, stairs, conveying systems, hoists, equipment, casework, window treatments, floor grilles, mats, and seating and pre-engineered structures.

This project is being financed with U.S. Department of housing and Urban Development ("HUD") Community Development Block Grant-Disaster Recovery ("CDBG-DR") funds administered by the NYS Governor's Office of Storm Recovery ("GOSR"). Attention of bidders is particularly called to Section 3 requirements, M/WBE goals, Federal labor standards, Federal and State prevailing wage rates, online reporting requirements using Elation System, Inc. and other requirements included in the GOSR Supplementary Conditions for Contracts
