The work consists of, but is not limited to, constructing, complete with all equipment, accessories and appurtenances for the Ogdensburg Wastewater Treatment Plant, Elizabeth Street Pump Station, Main Street Pump Station (Alternate B), South Water Street Pump Station (Alternate B), Psychiatric Center Pump Station (Alternate B), and Heavy Industrial Park Pump Station (Alternate C). Scopes of work include the following: Demolition; Clearing; Sewage Pump Truck Service; Aggregates; Geotextile Fabrics; Paving; Sidewalks/Curb; Piping; Mechanical; Precast Manholes; Asbestos Abatement; Lead Abatement; PCB Abatement; Rebar; Concrete Repair; Masonry Repair; Masonry; Structural Steel; Misc Metals; Grating; Building Trades; Waterproofing; Roofing; Doors & Windows; Building Finishes; Painting; Hoists & Cranes; Electrical; HVAC; Plumbing; and Instrumentation & Controls
