JMB Construction, Inc. is seeking DBE subcontractor participation for this project We are seeking quotes for the following work items:
Traffic control, Trucking, AC Paving, Concrete flat work, Landscaping and irrigation, Electrical, Striping, Earthwork.
This project will add street improvements, new sidewalks, crosswalks, street and pedestrian lights, landscaping, bio-retention facilities, and bus passenger shelters to Bay Road. The project will repair the base structure and resurface Bay Road and install drainage and utility improvements. New striping will delineate vehicle travel lanes and bicycles lanes to create a multi modal street that meets current design and safety standards for vehicle, bicycle and pedestrian travel.

DBE goal for this project is 13%

Performance & Payment Bonds may be required. Please contact our office for assistance with bonding, insurance and lines of credit. For technical assistance please contact our estimating department. We also may be able to assist interested DBEs in obtaining necessary equipment supplies, materials, or related assistant or services.
