JMB Construction, Inc is seeking certified SF LBE subcontractor participation for construction of SFPUC Pavement Renovation and Sewer and Water Replacement on Castro and 26th Street.
We are seeking quotes for the following work items:
Asphalt paving (mill & fill), trucking, saw cutting, traffic control, and concrete flatwork.

Work includes: Replacement of 8-inch, 16-inch, and 24-inch ductile iron pipelines, sewer replacement, installation of new curb ramps and pavement renovation on Castro Street from 19th Street to 26th Street and along 26th Street from Castro Street to Guerrero Street.

Engineer`s Estimate: $14-15.5 mil
