TWIN RIVERS BLOCKS A, B & E

This is TWO PROJECTS in one. Block A is eight buildings and is part one of the bid. Blocks B and E are comprised of nine new buildings (6 at Block B, 3 at Block E) and is part two of the bid. The drawings are grouped into their respective BLOCKS (A, B & E). There is a total of 227 units. 104 in Block A and 123 in Blocks B & E. So each bidder will be submitting TWO NUMBERS. One bid for Block A and another for Blocks B & E.

This is a Prevailing Wage Project
This project is subject to Section 3 and M/WBE requirements.

The buildings are a mix of apartments and townhouse-style units. Trades invited to bid include the following:

Earthwork, Utilities, Paving, Erosion Control, Landscaping, Structural & Site Concrete, Gypsum Underlayment, Metal Fabrications, Rough Carpentry, Fiber Cement Siding & Trim, Interior Finish Carpentry, Casework & Countertops, Waterproofing, Insulation, Metal Wall Panels, Batten Seam Roofing, PVC Membrane Roofing, Joint Sealants, HM Doors & Frames, Wood Doors, Elevator Entrance Smoke Containment, Glazed Window Walls, Vinyl Windows & Doors, Frameless Mirrors, Drywall, Stucco, Tile, Acoustic Ceilings, Flooring, Wall Coverings, FRP, Paint, Signage, Toilet Compartments & Accessories, Tub & Shower Enclosures, Postal Specialties, Fire Extinguishers & Cabinets, Residential Appliances, Bike Racks, Plumbing, Fire Sprinklers, HVAC & Sheet Metal, and Electrical.

As of 11/6/19 Addendums 1 and 2 have been issued.

Bids are due November 20, 2019 at 2 p.m.
Make sure to include the proper prevailing wages in your bid.
