Keller-Heavenly Water Systems Improvements Project - Phase 1

This project is to demo the existing 123,000-gallon water tank, construct new tank, and water improvements. Subs Needed: Sheeting, shoring, and bracing, tree removal, soil sampling (analytical testing and waste characterization report), surveying, temporary fencing, rockfall barrier, concrete rolled curb, asphalt curb, electrical, project scheduler, trucking, traffic control, asphalt cold milling, and asphalt paving. Materials/Suppliers Needed: erosion control, concrete, rip rap, aggregate base, , water works (pipe, valves, fire hydrant, drop inlet, & PRV), electrical conduit, fencing, and plantmix.

MKD Construction is happy to assist interested DBEs in obtaining bonding, lines of credit or insurance, and any technical assistance of information related to or obtaining plans, specifications and requirements for the work which is provided to DBEs. MKD Construction will also assist interested DBEs in obtaining necessary equipment, supplies, materials or related assistance or services, excluding supplies and equipment the DBE subcontractor purchases or leases from us.
