The purpose of this RFP is to solicit bids from qualified entities to perform chemical analysis to determine the concentrations of toxic metal contaminants in sample filters. Please see Attachment #1, "Scope of Services" of the RFP for additional information.

All responses to this RFP must be submitted electronically using the District's web-based e-Procurement system Public Purchase by 12:00 p.m. PST on Friday, November 22, 2019. All respondents must be registered vendors using Public Purchase in order to submit a proposal.
