D.A. Collins Construction Co., Inc. welcomes quotes from all qualified subcontractors, services, material suppliers, and trucking firms for complete or portions of the work for all phases.

The work includes but is not limited to; Structural slab over existing culvert, lower needle sill repairs, roadway pavement rehabilitation and crane pad construction at Lock E-7: Install temporary erosion and sediment controls prior to disturbing any area, Install temporary structure to span over existing culvert, Install turbidity curtains and cofferdam, Dewater entire area between upper needle dam and lower cofferdam, Repair lover needle sill, Install concrete apron adjacent to needle sill, Remove cofferdam and turbidity curtains, Construct concrete slab over existing culvert, Install storm water improvements, Construct gravel driveway, Construct permanent crane pad, Reconstruct roadway pavement, Site clean-up and restoration, and Remove temporary erosion and sediment controls upon final stabilization of all disturbed areas
