We are seeking proposals from the following trades:

Gas Detection Automation
Paint (Listed in Specifications)
Concrete (Listed in Specifications)

RTC has required a 14.1% participation for Minority status on the project.

This project is prevailing wage. All proposals over the amount of $250,000 will require a payment and performance bond. Please ensure that it is included in your price if you exceed the required amount.
