SCOPE OF WORK INCLUDES, BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO:
The Project is generally described as: General school modernization and reconstruction including ADA compliance, fire/life/safety upgrades, infrastructure upgrades, fire protection in Building B, complete renovation of existing kitchen and serving spaces in Building D, and hazardous material/asbestos/lead remediation. Also includes site improvements and existing interim housing removal.

Project Labor Agreement:
All Bidders are hereby notified that the District has a Project Labor Agreement (PLA) in effect on the Project and all contractors and subcontractors bidding this project will be required to comply with the PLA.
