Reconditioning of Siemens Hybrid Gasoline Electric Drive Components and Inverters

GTrans is seeking qualified contractors for a long-term fixed price reconditioning service for various electric drive components and inverters used in New Flyer Gasoline Hybrid Electric propulsion drive systems. There are two scopes of services: 1A) the reconditioning of Siemens hybrid gasoline electric drive components for a base 2 year-fixed contract with 3 one-year options and 1B) the reconditioning of Siemens hybrid gasoline electric mono and dual inverters for a base 1 year fixed with 4 one-year options. Contractors can submit proposals for either or both. GTrans' annual overall goal for DBE participation for fiscal year 2019-21 is 7.0%. A specific DBE participation goal has not been established for this contract. However, DBE prime contractors and DBE subcontractors are strongly encouraged to compete for this contract.
