Wickman Development and Construction is seeking 3% participation from DVBE Subcontractors and Suppliers for Sheridan Elementary School Modernization and Interim Housing, PROJECT NO: 11909, location: 431 Capitol Avenue, San Francisco, CA 94112.
Wickman Development and Construction is signatory to the Carpenter's and Laborer's Unions of Northern California Master Agreement. All sub-contractors who intend to bid scopes of work to Wickman Development and Construction that fall under the Master Agreement of these unions must also be signatory to these unions or we cannot list them for that portion of work. Plans available at San Francisco Builders Exchange or can be send via email if requested. Bid Due to Wickman Development and Construction By: 02/04/2020 at 10:00 AM (always 4 hours prior to bid submittal).



1. The Project. The Project is generally described as: School modernization and reconstruction of existing 2-story school building including, but not limited to, Hazardous materials abatement; ADA Access and Fire/Life/Safety upgrades; voluntary seismic upgrades at South Wing; new Pre-K and Kindergarten play yards & play structures; new outdoor classroom; interim housing and associated temporary utilities; and miscellaneous sitework. Interior modernization includes, but not limited to, new lobby windows & roof; new Pre-K & TK restrooms & renovation of Kindergarten restrooms; food service & kitchen upgrades; classroom and administration upgrades; casework at MP building; flooring at MP building & South Wing corridors; suspended ceiling systems; electrical systems including light fixtures & controls, new fire alarm system; low voltage systems including new clock/bell/PA, security, video surveillance & Air phone; elevator access system; new MDF; HVAC systems, boiler pumps and controls; and commissioning of MEP systems.
The Estimated construction value of the work is $10,500,000
