The Rosa Parks Elementary School Building Exterior Facade Restoration & Roofing Replacement project is currently out to bid. The project scope primarily includes repair and restoration of exterior walls of school buildings.

Rainbow Waterproofing & Restoration Co. is seeking subcontractor bids for the following trades: Scaffolding, shrink wrap, abatement, roofing, landscaping, and signage.

The project construction schedule is listed below. The project will be awarded as part of one contract. There will be no add for escalation at the start of Phase 2.
Phase 1: May to August 2020
Phase 2: May to August 2021
