SCOPE: General Modernization of bldg. systems, seismic improvements incl. shear walls & FRP straps, new ext. windows (E) ext. finish repair, reroofing of the entire campus, int. construction & finishes & improvements at (E) bathrooms throughout, a new front entry stair & ramp. Complete remodeling of the kitchen area & relo of admin. offices. Site work improvements, ramp modifications, re-routing of (E) utilities, planters, temp. electrical service, hazmat abatement & install & removal of interim housing units.
PLA & Prevailing Wage Required / 5% Retention / See GCs 00 72 00 Article 11 for Insurance Requirements / RFI Deadline is 2/4/20 by 5PM/ MEP/FS Subs MUST be Prequalified to Bid / Site Visits 1/21 & 1/28 @ 1PM - Not Mand. for Subs / See Special Conditions 00 73 00 for Phasing, Milestones, Duration, NTP 3/11/20 & Liquidated Damages
