Wickman Development and Construction is seeking 3% participation from DVBE Subcontractors and Suppliers for SFUSD School Board Office Remodel Project located at 555 Franklin Street, San Francisco, California. Wickman Development and Construction is signatory to the Carpenter's and Laborer's Unions of Northern California Master Agreement. All sub-contractors who intend to bid scopes of work to Wickman Development and Construction that fall under the Master Agreement of these unions must also be signatory to these unions or we cannot list them for that portion of work. Interior office remodel of SFUSD School Board Offices that involves: selective demolition, hazardous materials abatement, remedial concrete work, metal stud framing, miscellaneous and finish carpentry, plastic-laminated casework, countertop solid surfacing, fire stopping, joint sealants, metal doors and frames, wood doors, interior storefronts and entrances, door hardware, glazing, gypsum board, acoustical panel ceilings, resilient flooring, tile carpeting, dry-erase wall covering, fabric wrapped wall panels, acoustical insulation, painting, signage, appliances, window fabric shades, plumbing fixtures, HVAC systems, electrical systems, occupancy and daylighting controls, lighting, data cabling, fire alarm upgrades, AV equipment, office furniture and cubicle systems.
The estimated construction value of the work is $700,000.00
