Project Details

The City of Livermore requests statements of qualifications/proposals from qualified firms to provide Engineering Support services for various city projects. Such projects may include capital improvement projects and disaster damage projects, etc. The funding for these projects may consist of local funds, Gas Tax, Measure Bb, Traffic Impact Fees, Park Fees, Water Resources Fees, Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) grant funds, Federal Highway Administration grant funds (FHWA), State funds, etc.The following are initial list of projects:

1. Vasco Road Widening CIP 201837
2. Bluebell Dr Bridge Replacement, BR No. 33C0192, CIP 201721
3. Las Colinas Trail (T-6, SEGMENT E) And Springtown Sewer Trunkline Replacement. The two projects below will be coordinated and bundled as one project:
a. CIP 201945 - Las Colinas Trail (T-6, SEGMENT E) - Install multiuse bike trail from Las Positas Road to Redwood Road and Springtown. Funded by Park Fee.
b. CIP 201414 - Springtown Sewer Trunkline Replacement .
4. Foley Road Realignment (CIP No.201028) - Realign Foley Road
5. Vasco Road/I-580 Interchange (CIP No. 199352) - Improvements to interchange to enhance operations, safety and traffic capacity, mitigate future congestion and accommodate future transit extension in the median.
6. East Avenue Utility Undergrounding (CIP No. 200841) - Create underground district and underground existing overhead utility lines
7. Citywide Annual Street Resurfacing and Slurry Seal projects (CIP No: Various) - The annual street resurfacing and slurry seal projects .
8. Disaster Recovery Projects - The consultants may be called to assist with local, state or federally funded disaster recovery projects (current or future).
