D.A. Collins Construction Co., Inc. welcomes quotes from all qualified subcontractors, services, material suppliers, and trucking firms for complete or portions of the work for all phases.

This project will replace 1 structure and rehabilitate 4 structures on I88 in the Village and Town of Richmondville and Town of Worcester, Schoharie and Otsego Counties. In addition, this project will resurface 31.36 lane miles of pavement on I88 in the Town of Worcester, Otsego County.

Each bidder shall take note of the following:

- Any subcontracts, agreement for services or purchase orders will be subject to the Owner's mandatory contract flow down requirements.
- Insurance Requirements: Please be sure to review the insurance requirements. Subcontractors will be required to fulfill these requirements.
- Equal Employment Opportunity: The Subcontractor shall undertake or continue existing programs of affirmative action to ensure that minority group members and women are afforded equal employment opportunities. Subcontractors will be required to meet the goals established for this project. Minority 2.60% and Female 6.90%

- In submitting a quote, the vendor assures that there is no conflict of interest or detrimental effect n accordance with Article 6 of the Proposal.
