Piazza Construction is seeking the use of MBE and WBE subcontractors and suppliers for the following aspects of the job: lead compliance, erosion and sediment control, tree removal, class 2 aggregate base, asphalt concrete, 15" reinforced concrete pipe, 15" precast concrete flared end section Type B per Caltrans SP D94B, concrete rock slope protection, transition railing (WB-31), alternative in-line terminal system (soft-stop), concrete barrier Type 842, steel solder piling (W12x45), steel solder piling (W12x96), 24" drilled holes, structural concrete - retaining wall, structural concrete - barrier slab, bar reinforcing steel - retaining wall, precast concrete lagging, miscellaneous metal (retaining wall).

100% performance and payment bonds may be required. Subcontractors must possess a valid contractor's license, DIR registration number, and current insurance. Contractors and suppliers to provide proof of current DBE certification with proposal. Contractor shall take out and maintain during the life of the contract, a Commercial General Liability Policy, with a minimum limit as defined within the contract documents, naming Piazza Construction as additionally insured.
