JWC- Is soliciting proposals from certified MBE/WBE/DBE/DVBE Firms, for the following types of work and supplies/materials including but not limited to:
Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing , Roofing, Demolition, Hazmat Demo, Sheet Metal, Rough Carpentry, Casework, Landscaping, Concrete, Trucking, Asphalt, Asphalt Markings, Flooring, Drywall, Doors frames & Hardware, Glazing, Painting, Specialties, Tile, Equipment, Termite Control, Concrete Paving, etc. for the major modernization and renovation work at Gridley Farm Labor Housing, 850 Gridley Highway in Gridley, California, includes work on thirty-two (38) residential units in nineteen (19) buildings of concrete masonry construction (CMU) and associated site work.

Please submit your proposals by Friday, April 3rd at 2 p.m.

This public works project is subject to California State Prevailing Wages. Contractors are required to use the most current CA State Prevailing Wage Decision Index.

Bidders are responsible to familiarize themselves with the requirements per the project drawings and all specifications related to the project. Sub-contractors submitting bids over $200,000 may be required to post bonds.
