Contract No. P100.511, which involves bridge deck replacement, repairs, and miscellaneous improvements for seven (7) of the Authority's high-priority mainline bridges, concrete median barrier replacement and pavement resurfacing between mileposts 160.6 and 162.5 of the Garden State Parkway in the Borough of Paramus, Township of Rochelle Park, Saddle Brook Township, and Borough of Fair Lawn Bergen County, New Jersey.

This Contract Reconstructs the Decks of Structure Nos. 161.5S, 161.6S, 161.7N, 161.8S, and 161.9N; makes repairs to the structures and repaints the steel structures. The Contract also makes substructure repairs and modifications and replaces the superstructure and decks of Structure Nos. 160.6S and 160.7N with prefabricated superstructure units. The Contract also reconstructs median barrier and includes shoulder reconstruction and MPT. Specifically, this Contract involves bridge deck replacement, shoulder and median barrier reconstruction, complex MPT including counterflow lanes and High Intensity Construction Cycles, bridge superstructure replacement using Accelerated Bridge Construction techniques, blast cleaning and repainting bridges, and containment and proper disposal of hazardous waste produced during the painting process.

Scope of work (including but not limited to) Surveying, Road/Street Sweeping, CPM Scheduling, Office Trailers, MPT, Photography, Aggregates, Trucking and Disposal, Janitorial Services for Trailers, Site Demo, RCP Materials, Storm Drainage, Manhole Covers & Frames, Asphalt Paving Subcontractors, Concrete Repair, Fence & Gates, Landscaping, Water & Video Inspection. Line Striping, Concrete Flatwork, Concrete Sawcutting, Diamond Grinding, Rebar Materials, Rebar Installation, Precast, Structural Steel, Miscellaneous Steel, Erectors, Guide Rail, Bearings, Waterproofing, Shear Studs, Painting Subcontractors, Electrical Subcontractors, and Overhead Signage

*All NJ SAVI SBE certificates and NJ Public Works certificates must be current at bid time and remain current for the duration of the project.

Plans, Specifications, Addendum, and Boiler Plate Templates of our Subcontract/Purchase Order ("Agreement") are available on SmartBidNet.com, your firm will be required to execute IF AWARDED the contract. You must base your bid upon the contractual terms and conditions as they are reflected in the Agreement, without amendment. The upstream contractual environment on the Project is demanding and we will not entertain revision to the contractual boilerplate, which should instead be reflected in your bid price.
