Project Details

Wickman Development and Construction is seeking 3% participation from DVBE Subcontractors and Suppliers for Hillcrest Elementary School Modernization and Interim Housing Project located at 810 Silver Avenue, San Francisco, CA 94134. Wickman Development and Construction is signatory to the Carpenter's and Laborer's Unions of Northern California Master Agreement. All sub-contractors who intend to bid scopes of work to Wickman Development and Construction that fall under the Master Agreement of these unions must also be signatory to these unions or we cannot list them for that portion of work. Plans available at San Francisco Builders Exchange or can be send via email if requested. Bid due to Wickman Development and Construction by 06/16/2020 at 10AM (always 4 hours prior to bid submittal).



1. The Project. The Project is generally described as:
General School Modernization and reconstruction including ADA Access, Seismic Upgrades, and Fire/Life/Safety upgrades, including but not limited to: installation of interim housing utilities, coordination of IH delivery and install, new asphalt landings at IH ramps and final connection of MEP at Interim Housing bungalows. Multiple phases of hazardous material abatement, demolition of interior finishes, demolition of mechanical, plumbing and electrical systems, restroom upgrades, new framing, new doors and hardware, new windows, new finishes, new plumbing, new mechanical, new electrical, new fire alarm, new low voltage, clock/PA, exterior paint, and misc. site improvements.
The Estimated construction value of the work is $12.5 million dollars.
2. Project Labor Agreement: All Bidders are hereby notified that the District has a Project Labor Agreement (PLA) in effect on the Project and all contractors and subcontractors bidding this project will be required to comply with the PLA.
