OPC is seeking DBE subconsultants that can provide any of the following services: Right-of-Way Acquisition, Appraisal and Appraisal Review, Condemnation Assistance, Flagging & Staking, Utility Relocation, Escrow and Recording Services, and/or Bidding Assistance/Construction Support.
