New 4-story Type I and Type V residential building, 56 dwelling units 47,642 GSF

Walton Construction, Inc. plans to receive bids from Section 3, Los Angeles County and MBE/WBE/LSA firms for participation in the Silva Crossing project. Certified firms must provide a copy of their current Section 3 and MBE/WBE/LSA certification. This project is a California State Residential and Davis Bacon Prevailing Wage job. The higher of the two apply.

Bids must be received by no later than Friday, June 26, 2020

Bids for the following trades needed:
Rough Carpentry, Finish Carpentry, Siding, Masonry, HVAC, Cleanup, Insulation, Glazing, Sheet Metal, Roofing, Plaster, Drywall, Painting, Cabinets, Ceramic Tile, Carpet, Landscape, etc.
