D.A. Collins Construction Co., Inc. welcomes quotes from all qualified subcontractors, services, material suppliers, and trucking firms for complete or portions of the work for all phases.

Replace the deck and provide other structural repairs to the I-90 bridge over Fuller Road. Rehabilitation of this Bridge, which was originally constructed in 1968, will extend the useful life of the structure providing continued access between the Thruway and the Capital District. The structure is located in City of Albany, Albany County.

Each bidder shall take note of the following:

-Any subcontracts, agreement for services or purchase orders will be subject to the Owner's mandatory contract flow down requirements.
-Insurance Requirements: Please be sure to review the insurance requirements. Subcontractors will be required to fulfill these requirements.
-Equal Employment Opportunity: The Subcontractor shall undertake or continue existing programs of affirmative action to ensure that minority group members and women are afforded equal employment opportunities. Subcontractors will be required to meet the goals established for this project. Minority 3.20% and Female 6.90%

-In submitting a quote, the vendor assures that there is no conflict of interest or detrimental effect in accordance with Article 6 of the Proposal.
