We will be performing construction on State Highway in Lassen and Modoc Counties on route 139 at 0.1 mile N. of Lassen Co. line and on route 299 at various locations from 0.4 mile west of Boyd Hill Lookout Road to 0.6 Mile East of Co. Rd. 87.

The contractor or supplier providing a quote must be DBE certified with the Department of Transportation (Caltrans). and be able to provide a current copy of certifications.

Subcontractors must possess a current contractor's license, worker's compensation, and insurance coverage during the entire length of the prime contract.
