Ames Construction, Inc. is seeking certified and qualified DBE subcontractors and suppliers to meet the 12% goal. DBE Subs & Suppliers required include but are not limited to: Lead compliance plan, signs - roadway/structural overhead/construction area, PCMS, traffic control, objects & markers, pavement marking, k-rail, SWPPP, rain event plan, environmental compliance - reports/sampling, erosion control, street sweeping, treated wood waste, Bilogist, noise monitoring, fencing, clear & grub, excavation, imported borrow, backfill, demo, hydroseed, aggregates - base/sub-base/ LCB, HMA paving, cold plane, JPCP, F & D steel pile, MSE embankment, structural concrete, bridge, retaining wall, minor concrete, surface texture, drill & bond dowell, joint seal, ground anchor, rebar, structural concrete backfill, concrete supply, pipe supply, pipe - RCP/CSP & riser, drainage, alt pipe culvert, PC concrete pipe inlet, abandon culvert, misc iron & steel, guardrail, railing, alt in-line terminal syst, concrete barrier, pavement markings, maintain traffic management system, electrical, signal & lighting, concrete supply, trucking and construction materials.. Ames Construction, Inc. will work with subcontractors to breakdown items into economical feasible packages.

Ames will require bidder to provide performance and payment bonds for the full amount of the Subcontract values. Costs of the bonds are to be provided as a separate line item. Also, let us know if you need assistance in obtaining necessary equipment, supplies, or materials for this project. Ames' Subcontract terms and conditions will apply to any contracts resulting from this request. The Subcontractor, by submission of its bid, agrees to the "Terms and Conditions" including all Exhibits and Attachments of Ames Subcontract Agreement.
