Kennedy/Jenks is seeking Disadvantaged Business Enterprises, certified DBE/MBE/WBE, SBE, SBRA, LSAF/HUB subconsultants for participation in Inland Empire Utilities Agency's RFP to provide Professional Consulting Services for the IEUA Regional Water Recycling Plant No. 5 (RP-5) Operations and Maintenance Resource Study specializing in Transition Planning and Management; Operations Staff Resource Requirements, Development, and Leadership Training; Labor Relations Management; Operations and Maintenance Training Program Development; Membrane Bioreactor Process Control Strategies; Process Optimization and related Labor, Energy, Chemicals, and Materials projections.
