D.A. Collins Construction Co., Inc. welcomes quotes from all qualified subcontractors, services, material suppliers, and trucking firms for complete or portions of the work for all phases.

This project will replace the existing deck, install new bridge railing as well as include steel repair and substructure concrete repair on four structures, two of which carry Interstate Route 84 east bound and west bound over the Monhagen Creek and two of which carry Interstate Route 84 east bound and west bound over McVeigh Road, in the Town of Wawayanda, Orange County.

Each bidder shall take note of the following:

• Any subcontracts, agreement for services or purchase orders will be subject to the Owner's mandatory contract flow down requirements.
• Insurance Requirements: Please be sure to review the insurance requirements. Subcontractors will be required to fulfill these requirements.
• Equal Employment Opportunity: The Subcontractor shall undertake or continue existing programs of affirmative action to ensure that minority group members and women are afforded equal employment opportunities. Subcontractors will be required to meet the goals established for this project. Minority 17.00% and Female 6.90%

• In submitting a quote, the vendor assures that there is no conflict of interest or detrimental effect in accordance with Article 6 of the Proposal.
