R&R Horn, Inc. is requesting quotes from all qualified subcontractors and suppliers including certified DBE firms for the following items of work, Slide Gate, Irrigation Booster Pumps, Irrigation System, Landscaping and Planting, Electrical Instrumentation and SCADA Communication Equipment, all trucking and supply of materials.

R&R Horn, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer. 100% payment and performance bonds may be required for full amount of subcontractor price. All subcontractors must be licensed and have liability insurance and workers compensation insurance meeting R&R Horn, Inc. requirements. R&R Horn, Inc. is willing to assist with obtaining bonding, insurance, equipment and materials and is willing to break down items into economically feasible packages to encourage participation. Plans and Specifications are made available for viewing on the CIP List website (CIPLIST.com) and R&R Horn, Inc. office.
