Wickman Development and Construction is seeking 3%
participation from DVBE Subcontractors and Suppliers for
Claire Lilienthal School 3-8 (Scott Campus) Modernization, PROJECT NO: 11901, location: 3630 Divisadero Street, San Francisco, CA 94123.
Wickman Development and Construction is signatory to the
Carpenter's and Laborer's Unions of Northern California
Master Agreement. All sub-contractors who intend to bid
scopes of work to Wickman Development and Construction
that fall under the Master Agreement of these unions must
also be signatory to these unions or we cannot list them for
that portion of work. Plans available at San Francisco Builders
Exchange or can be send via email if requested. Bid Due to Wickman Development and Construction
By: 08/18/2020 at 10:00 AM (always 4 hours prior to bid submittal).



1. The Project. The Project is generally described as: General school modernization
and reconstruction at Main Building (Building A) including, but not limited to, ADA Access and
Fire/Life/Safety upgrades; voluntary seismic strengthening; partial roof replacement; terra cotta
repair; new play yard and play structure; miscellaneous site-work including new fencing and
gates; and interim housing removal. Interior modernization includes, but not limited to, new
flooring; new ceilings and light fixtures; new clock/bell/PA, security and video surveillance
systems; new telephone system; new restrooms and warming kitchen; interior painting;
hazardous material remediation; and other miscellaneous interior renovation work.
The Estimated construction value of the work is $12,500,000
2. Project Labor Agreement: All Bidders are hereby notified that the District has a
Project Labor Agreement (PLA) in effect on the Project and all contractors and subcontractors
bidding this project will be required to comply with the PLA.
