Ames Construction, Inc. is seeking certified and qualified DBE subcontractors and suppliers to meet the 11% goal. DBE Subs/Suppliers required include but are not limited to: Lead compliance, develop water supply, construction area signs, roadside signs, PCMS, traffic control system, SWPPP, REAP, erosion control, street sweeping, natural resource protection plan, temp fencing, clear and grub, roadway/structural/ditch excavation, rock excavation (controlled blasting) shoulder backing, geosynthetic reinforcement, soil amendment, landscaping, irrigation, planting, aggregate base, permeable material, sand backfill, HMA asphalt, AC paving, prime coat, cold plane, hydro seeding, duff, earth anchor, micropile, PC reinf conc box culvert, demo, structural concrete, minor concrete, rebar, shotcrete sculpted & structural, concrete ditch lining, gabion, cable net drapery, Alt pipe culvert, abandon culvert, concrete backfill, pipe - CSP/PVC, objects and markers, cable railing, pavement marking, K-rail, soil binder, treated wood waste, Biologist, concrete supply, alternate flared end section, pipe supply, rock slope protection, misc. iron and steel, staining, mid-west guardrail, transition railing, alt in-line terminal system, concrete barrier, construction materials and trucking. Ames Construction, Inc. will work with subcontractors to breakdown items into economical feasible packages.

Ames will require bidder to provide performance and payment bonds for the full amount of the Subcontract values. Costs of the bonds are to be provided as a separate line item. Please call to discuss how Ames Construction can assist you in your bonding, credit and/or insurance needs. Also, let us know if you need assistance in obtaining necessary equipment, supplies, or materials for this project. Ames' Subcontract terms and conditions will apply to any contracts resulting from this request. The Subcontractor, by submission of its bid, agrees to the "Terms and Conditions" including all Exhibits and Attachments of Ames Subcontract Agreement.
