Requested scopes include, but are not limited to the following Temporary Office Trailers, Lead Compliance Plan, Traffic Control System, Develop Water Supply, Construction Area Signs, Temporary K-Rail & Crash Cushion Module, Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan, Storm Water Annual Report, Various Temporary Erosion Control Measures, Clearing and Grubbing, Earthwork and Grading, Imported Borrow, Dewatering, Structure Excavation, Structure Backfill, Landscape & Irrigation, Remove Concrete (Miscellaneous), Bridge Demolition, Asphalt Concrete Milling, Storm Drain System, PVC & RCP Pipe, Hydroseed, RSP, Hot Mix Asphalt (Type A) and Rubberized HMA, Aggregate Base & Subbase, AC Dike, Joint Seal, Bar Reinforcing Steel, Mechanically Stabilized Embankment, Furnish Steel Piling, Cast-In-Drill-Hole Concrete Piling, Prestressing CIP Concrete, Concrete Approach Slabs, Formliners, Coatings, PTFE Spherical Bearing, Minor Concrete Various Items, Striping & Marking, Tubular Rails and Steel Railing, Structural Concrete Bridge, Slope Paving, Water Line System, Fence, Concrete Barriers, Masonry Block Wall, Transparent Wall Panels, Roadside Sign, Guard Railing, Signal and Lighting System, Subgrade enhancement geogrid, and slurry seal.

Plans and specifications may be obtained for a Nonrefundable Fee of $65.00 per set with 11"x17" plans and CD with PDF copy of plans, plus mailing costs, and are available at 3525 14th Street, Riverside, CA or Digital Plans and digital Bid Book are available at no cost. To obtain a download link, please contact the County of Riverside Transportation Department at: (951) 955-6780 (or Bids-Contracts@rivco.org) and provide company contact information needed for their Plan Holder List (PHL). Once your information is added to the PHL, they will send download link to the provided e-mail address.

This contractor and subcontractor(s) shall abide by the requirements of 41 CFR 60-300.5(a) and 60-741.5(a). Requirements: Skanska is an Equal Opportunity Employer and is requesting quotes from all qualified subcontractors and suppliers. Skanska will assist qualified subcontractors, vendors, & suppliers in obtaining bonding, lines of credit, insurance, necessary equipment, materials and/or supplies. If you are a DBE Company, please provide your certification letter with your proposal. If you are a non-DBE, please indicate all lower-tier participation on your quotation as it will be evaluated with your price. In order to assist DBE subcontractors and suppliers, we will divide total requirements into smaller packages, tasks or quantities & establish delivery & construction schedules which will permit maximum participation when feasible. Subcontracting Requirements: Skanska's insurance requirements are Commercial General Liability (GL): $1M ea. occ., $1M personal injury, $2M products & completed operations agg. & general agg.; $1M Auto Liability; $5M Excess/Umbrella and $1M Workers Comp. Endorsements and waivers required are the Additional Insured End., Primary Wording, & a Waiver of Subrogation (GL & WC). Other insurance requirements may be necessary per scope or RFP requirement. Subcontractors may be required to furnish performance & payment bonds in the full amount of their subcontract by an admitted surety & subject to approval by Skanska will pay bond premium up to 1%. Quotations must be valid for the same duration as specified by the Owner for contract award. Conditions or exceptions in Subcontractor's quote are expressly rejected unless accepted in writing. Skanska is signatory to the Operating Engineers, Laborers, Cement Masons, & Carpenters Unions. Subcontractors must provide weekly, one original and one copy of all certified payrolls, including non-performance and fringe benefit statements if required by law or by the Prime Contract. Please note that all Contractors and Subcontractors must register with The DIR (Department of Industrial Relations) in order to bid on public works projects. Include CSLB License Number and DIR Number on All Quotes Submitted.
