Flint Builders is the selected General Contractor for this Lease-Lease-back Project.

Demolition of two (2) existing buildings, new underground utilities, construction of a new 77,000 SF, 3-story Academic Building, addition and modernization of the existing Library Building, and associated site improvements. This project includes Skilled and Trained Work Force requirements per CA Public Contract Code. This project includes a Project Labor Agreement. MEPF subcontractors must be prequalified with the district prior to bid day.
