We are seeking for bids for abatement & demolition.

All subcontractors who intend to submit a bid or proposal for any such work must:
- Prequalify with Blach Construction. To obtain instructions on how to prequalify, please contact Lynsey Niizawa: lynsey.niizawa@blach.com
- Prequalify with Fremont Union High School District (FUHSD), through Quality Bidders. Information can be found on the District's website under Business Services: https://www.fuhsd.org/departments/business-services
- Be willing to sign the District's Project Stabilization Agreement.
- Adhere to Skilled and Trained Workforce Requirements, as stated in Public Contract Code 2601 and 2602, as well as Senate Bill 693.
