We are seeking bids for the following: Demolition of on-site wet utilities, grading & export, Surveying, SWPPP's, Wet Utilities, Landscaping, Site Concrete, Fencing, Site Accessories, Electrical.

Bid Notes:
New development of Storm Drain Basin & Community Park on 1 acre +/-, to the south of new apartment complex. This project is a Prevailing Wage project and requires compliance with the higher rate of Federal Davis Bacon & California State Prevailing Wage standards and related labor documentation requirements. The project also requires compliance with MBE/WBE, Section 3 and equal employment opportunity standards. Refer to Bid Documents in the folder labeled "Wage Compliance" for detailed information.
