Garney Pacific, Inc. is proposing on the Arden Service Area Pipe & Meter Installation Phase 2B 4507 as a Prime GC. We are seeking sub-bids on trades listed below from qualified/certified DBE,WBE,MBE,SBE,SBRA,HUB,SBA,MBDA subs/suppliers for trades in: Paving, sawcutting, utility supply, trucking, aggregates, traffic control, concrete, precast, striping, storm water management, scheduling.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The work to be performed under this contract includes the furnishing of all labor, materials, and equipment for the construction of 8-,10-, and 12-inch diameter water mains as well as fire hydrants, backflow preventers, appurtenances, and tie-ins. Additionally, the abandonment of existing services and mains, the installation of the new metered services and reconnection of existing

SUBCONTRACTORS: must meet insurance and labor requirements provided in the project specifications. Subcontractors may be required to provide 100% Payment and Performance Bonds. For assistance with bonding, insurance, or lines of credit please contact our office. Firms must be registered with Department of Industrial Relation and should have a current DIR number. Firms must include small business certification, contractor's license number, and DIR number with quote.

Quotes are required to be in accordance with the plans and specifications and good for the contract duration as specified in the bid documents. Your quote should be sent to our office prior to the bid date/time. The project is a prevailing wage public job. The Firm's quote must consider all terms related to prevailing wages terms. Firms must possess and maintain a current contractor license, insurance, and worker compensation coverage during the project. Firms that submit their quote explicitly acknowledge and agree to all above terms and responsibilities.
