This is an OCIP Project

This project will replace the obsolete damper system and their associated components at seven (7) Fan Plants among the Boroughs of Queens and Brooklyn. The rehabilitation is inclusive of removal and replacement of mechanical dampers, construction of damper support concrete & steel, concrete and steel repairs, frames, mounting curbs, linkages, screens, Instrumentation &Controls, cables & conduits, shielding and maintenance egress.

Project needs include, but are not limited to Furnish Mechanical Dampers, Install Mechanical Dampers, Concrete supply, Rebar supply & installation, Progress photography, Maintenance & Protection of Traffic Materials, CPM Scheduling, Furnish & Install Electrical Equipment, Furnish & Install Instrumentation & Controls, Painting, Lead Abatement, Furnish & install Miscellaneous Metals, Furnish & Install Structural Steel for steel repairs, Furnish & Install CMU
