Work to be performed consists of but is not limited to Excavation & Backfill, Testing, Top Course, Tack Coat, Joint Adhesive, Milling, Traffic Control, Pavement Markings, Traffic Equipment, Survey, Joint Fill, Conduit & Traffic Signals.
