We are seeking quote from qualified DVBE, as subcontractors and/or suppliers for Hauling of debris, trucking, Demo and waste management, SWPPP implementations, Earthwork & Grading, Fire Sprinklers, Plumbing, Electrical material including lighting package, Site utilities, Landscape. Scope of the Grossmont College Science, Math, Career Tech Complex Building 36N PH II will include the new construction of a 2 story 59,150 square foot classroom complex, plus an additional 2,240 square foot basement storage. The project includes classrooms, offices, tutoring facilities, landscape, and site improvements. Other improvements include the repair of exterior wood fascia and soffit of a 280 square foot building and the new construction of two 312 square foot masonry trash enclosures.
