Water pollution control work, job site management, street sweeping, temporary concrete washout, temporary fiber roll, temporary biological exclusion (silt) fence, dewatering, steel sheet piling (temporary coffer dam), trench & shoring protection, excavate/replace unsuitable subgrade materials, 48" CMP, filter fabric, Class 3 permeable material, controlled low strength material, furnish & install steel sheet piling, structural steel, steel strand tie, structural concrete, minor concrete, 48" duckbill check valve, 48" sluice slide gate, fall arrest system, metal steps, handrail system, chain link fence, earthwork, class 2 AB, hydroseeding and trucking.

Bonds may be required, if so Valentine Corporation can assist. A 100% payment bond and performance bond may be required for the full amount of the subcontract price. Please provide a bond premium rate with your quote. If you have any questions, need assistance in obtaining bonding, lines of credit, insurance, equipment, supplies, and materials or related assistance in services, please contact our office. Please note that no contractor or subcontractor may be listed on a bid proposal for a public works project (submitted on or after March 1, 2015) unless registered with the Department of Industrial Relations pursuant to Labor Code section 1725.5 [with limited exceptions from this requirement for bid purposes only under Labor Code section 1771.1(a)]. Subcontractors must possess a current contractor's license, insurance and worker's compensation coverage meeting Cal Trans requirements and will be required to sign the standard Valentine Corporation Subcontract Agreement. Plans and specifications are available to be viewed in our office located at 111 Pelican Way San Rafael between 8:00 AM and 3:00 PM Monday through Friday by appointment or you can send a request for this project and we will send you the specs/plans.
